Second Science and Technology Project - Environmental Management Framework

Environmental Management Framework (EMF) of the Second Science and Technology Project (STP II) serves as a tool to screen the subprojects financed through STP II, according to the World Bank procedures.

HAMAG-BICRO and Croatian Science Foundation through UKF as responsible for sub-financing of their subcomponents, shall screen subprojects for environmental impacts to determine eligibility of a proposed sub-financing in accordance with the EMF.
