Dubrovnik Youth Forum 2026 - Call for Participants

The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth of the Republic of Croatia, is organising the Dubrovnik Youth Forum for the first time, under the motto “Bridging Seas, Building Future”.
The event will take place as part of the 19th Dubrovnik Forum, one of the most prominent international conferences in this part of Europe. The Forum is designed as a platform for young professionals under the age of 30 who wish to deepen their understanding of diplomacy, global affairs, and current international issues.

Participants will have a unique opportunity to engage in key discussions on global challenges and build a strong network of professional contacts, while directly participating in the Dubrovnik Forum alongside high-level officials and international guests from around the world.

The Dubrovnik Youth Forum will take place from 24 to 28 June 2026 in Dubrovnik. Applications are open to citizens of EU, OECD and NATO member states, the Western Balkans, as well as member and partner states of the Three Seas Initiative (including Albania, Moldova, Montenegro and Ukraine). Through this call, 30 participants will be selected, with all participation and accommodation costs fully covered.
