The Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, in cooperation with the European Space Agency (ESA), is organizing a training course entitled
ESA Project Management Training, which will take place
on 5 March 2026, from 9:00 to 16:00, at the Multimedia Hall of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, Donje Svetice 38, Zagreb.
The training is primarily intended for
small and medium-sized enterprises and industry representatives with limited experience in project management and control in the space sector. Given its introductory nature, the content focuses on fundamental principles and best practices, while for more experienced participants it may serve as a structured review and an opportunity to align approaches. The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with the basics of effective project management, including planning, resource and cost estimation, monitoring of project implementation, timely identification and resolution of problems, as well as the application of acquired knowledge in future projects.
The working language of the training is English. The training will be delivered by ESA representatives Karol Brzostowski and Arya Parikh.
The application form for participation in the training must be completed no later than
3 March 2026, by the end of the day.
